Internal Audit and Evaluation Reports

Infrastructure Canada carries out audits, evaluations, reviews and special projects, as directed by the Departmental Audit and Evaluation Committee (DAEC).

Audits provide management with independent and objective assessment of the adequacy of control frameworks to achieve results, to manage risks and to use information for decision-making and reporting. Evaluations deliver information on the continued relevance of Infrastructure Canada policies and programs, on whether and to what extent they are achieving their objectives, and on the impacts they are producing.
