SUMMARY: Mr. Charbonneau will talk to us about various topics surrounding mediation between our offenders and their victims at CSC, Quebec Region (e.g., preparing the parties, impact of mediation on offenders and victims, and role employees are expected to play in this process). There will be a discussion with participants afterwards.
