This seminar will introduce an effective Information Management (IM) framework for the public sector that:

  • brings together all the elements of sound IM practices;
  • provides IM best practices for your organization;
  • enables an assessment and analysis of IM gaps based on your organizational needs;
  • determines the organization's IM priorities;
  • provides an over all assessment of how information is being managed in your organization;
  • helps to build a case for enhancing IM capacity;
