- Structure and procedures of a change control system

Seminar highlights:
The purpose of managing project integration is to ensure that the various elements of the project are properly coordinated, executed and controlled.
This workshop provides participants with a clear seven - step process for managing project integration:
- Develop Project Charter
- Develop Preliminary Project Scope Statement
- Develop Project Management Plan
- Direct and Manage Project Execution
- Monitor and Control Project Work
- Integrated Change Control
- Close Project
Participants learn practical techniques for each of these steps. Throughout the course the role of the Project Manager in the integration management process is examined.
