IG has developed a suite of Regular Funding Programs (continuous launch cycle) that are a constant feature in the IG research funding landscape. These programs are designed to facilitate training and/or research within the IG's of the IG Research Community:

Clinical Investigatorship Award

Walter and Jessie Boyd & Charles Scriver MD/PhD Studentship Awards
Launched in December, based on availability of awards (there is a total of ten awards at any given time)

Invention and Technology Application Grants: Tools, Techniques and Devices for Research and Medicine
Launched in December, every year
New Discoveries: High-Risk, High-Benefit Grants
Launched in December, every year
One-year Bridging Operating Grants - Priority Announcement
Launched in June and December, every year
Application Deadline: March 1 and September 15
The IG Maud Menten New Principal Investigator Prize
Launched in June, every year
Workshops and Symposia Support Grants
Open throughout the year
Next Application Deadline: Any time
