To indicate a new delegation of responsibilities concerning the distribution of the "Quarterly Report, Inmate Claims Not Settled Within 90 Days".

Paragraph 47 was amended to indicate that the Comptroller, instead of the Assistant Commissioner, Corporate Services, will forward the regional quarterly reports to the designated senior manager.
