Is there anything we can do for you? As a common service provider, the Translation Bureau works with federal government entities, from Parliament and its committees to government departments and agencies, to provide a multitude of language services that are specifically tailored to help communicate their program messages to Canadians.
On-Line Ordering System Information
All federal public service clients can order our translation and terminological services on-line using our On-Line Order Form via the Extranet.
Ordering on-line has the advantage of keeping client information in a template for re-use. The Bureau's On-Line Ordering System also possesses a tracking component to allow clients to follow the progress of their requests. A new request must be filled out for each type of service required.
You can also use the On-line Ordering System to order our after-hours emergency translation services. In this case, you must call 613-282-7050 to advise us.
If you don't already have a client account number, contact us; we will be delighted to assign one to you, provided you are a member of the federal, provincial, territorial or municipal government, or represent an international organization.
If you don't have access to the On-Line Order Form, you can contact your Translation Bureau point of service or Client Account Executive to obtain the Service Request in another format.
Other services
Some of our services are not offered through the On-Line Order Form, including requests for access to TERMIUM Plus® and to our training services. To request these services, feel free to contact the point of service nearest you.
