Listening to CanadiansCommunication Canada did public opinion research until it closed its operations on March 31, 2004. Among its major research projects was the Listening to Canadians survey conducted three times a year. These surveys measured Canadians’ views on public policy priorities, and on how the Government of Canada serves Canadians in response to those priorities.
