The purpose of this notice is to inform you of amendments to the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP), which will take effect on April 1, 2006.

These changes are the result of a two-year collaborative effort between the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) and the Bargaining Agents and the Federal Superannuates National Association.

Please refer to the attached Public Service Health Care Trust's Information Bulletin #18 for more information on specific benefit changes.
