What We Offer
Balancing Work and Personal Life
You have a life outside of work? So does everyone else here. CSIS recognizes that the demands of the job can be
stressful, sometimes requiring employees to work shifts and to put in long hours. But we also know that our
employees are people with families, private lives, and interests outside of work. We offer various programs such
as the Employee Assistance Program, which provides confidential consultation aimed at helping employees with
personal and professional issues.
