PWGSC Europe has two offices. The office in London, England, has been in existence for more than 50 years. The office in Koblenz, Germany, was opened 44 years ago and now serves as European headquarters.

PWGSC Europe reports to the Aerospace, Marine and Electronics Systems Sector (AMES).

The offices provide the Government of Canada with procurement of goods and services, mainly for the Department of National Defence. Over the years the offices expanded their services to include goods and services in support of Canada's missions abroad, i.e. Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Canadian Heritage (for events such as Expo 2000) and Veterans Affairs (for Canada's war memorials).

The offices also provide managerial and administrative support to all federal departments, including PWGSC HQ. They assist with major projects and provide support for Canadian firms seeking export business in Europe.

In addition, the Koblenz office provides the services of the Receiver General for Canada for accounts payable and payrolls in Europe.
