SUBJECT: New Credit Union - Wildrose Credit Union Ltd.

PURPOSE

1.1
|
The purpose of this directive is to advise that the Wildrose Credit Union Ltd.
has been approved for payroll deduction privileges.
|
|

|
POLICY
|
|
2.1
|
Effective immediately, client departments may commence deductions for the above
named credit union.
|
|
3
|
PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
|
|
3.1
|
Client Departments must use code 786 in order to commence payroll deduction
privileges and should note that the Wildrose Credit Union Ltd. will be
identified as number 215.
|
|
3.2
|
The applicable form which is entitled "Salary Deduction
Authorization" must be completed by the credit union and the employee.
A copy of this form is enclosed for your information.

|
3.3
|
Once completed, the employee is responsible for forwarding this form to his
personnel office.
|
|
3.4
|
