Attached are the revised schedules of the dates that public service employees' regular pay will be processed in regional offices during the 2006-2007 fiscal year.

CANCELLATION |

2.1 |
This supersedes Compensation Directive 2005-004 dated February 14, 2005.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

3.1 |
The schedules apply to the following types of employees and are intended to assist departmental financial officers in budgeting for payroll expenditures during the fiscal year. |

Schedule "A": Bi-weekly Current; |
|
|
Schedule "B": Bi-weekly Arrears. |
|
3.2 |
The accounting period in which the expenditures will be reported on financial management statements is shown for each pay period and the number of days of pay to be accrued or deferred is indicated, where applicable, for each month. |
|
3.3 |
These schedules apply to regular pay only. Any supplementary payments processed up to the close-off date for transmitting data to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) will be reported in the accounting period in which the payments are made.
