| This is to advise you that Treasury
Board has approved the distribution of a handout promoting the services
available on the Canada Site.
|
| The handout has been prepared in the form of
a bookmark. Since the bookmark cannot be inserted directly into the pay
envelopes, departments will receive it separately.
|
| This handout is of interest to employees of
ALL organizations identified under Schedule I of the Public Service Staff
Relations Act (PSSRA), including Part I and Part II. Please note that the
House of Commons (HOC), the Library of Parliament (LIB) and paylists 602
to 615 of the Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs (FJA-Judges)
are also included.

| Please distribute the handout with the pay cheques
and payment statements dated September 12, 2001, (or the next closest payment
date for weekly and monthly paid employees).
