This
is to advise you that Treasury Board Secretariat has approved the distribution
of a handout concerning the Policy for the Internal Disclosure of Wrongdoing
in the Workplace.
|
| This handout is only of interest to employees
of organizations identified under the Public Service Staff Relations Act
(PSSRA), Schedule I, Part I (see the attached list). Since it cannot be
inserted directly into the pay envelopes, PSSRA I.I departments will receive
it separately. Please distribute the handout with pay cheques and payment
statements dated
December 05
,
2001, (or the next closest payment date for monthly paid employees).

| Please note that this handout will not be distributed
by our production centres to clients who are not under the PSSRA I.I or
for paylists 602 to 615 of the Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial
Affairs (FJA). However, should this occur, the handout should not be distributed
to these employees.
