Pay -- Public Service Health Care Plan Booklet

| This is to advise that Treasury
Board Secretariat has approved the distribution of a booklet concerning
the Public Service Health Care Plan.
|
| The booklet measures 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches,
and contains 100 pages. Given the weight and size of the booklets, departments
will receive them separately as a handout.
|
| This handout is of interest to employees of
ALL organizations identified under Schedule I of the Public Service Staff
Relations Act (PSSRA), including Part I and Part II, as well as other Non-PSSRA organizations paid through
the Regional Pay System. Please note that the House of Commons (HOC), the
Library of Parliament (LIB), the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) and
paylists 602 to 615 of the Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial
Affairs (FJA-Judges) are also included.

| To alleviate storage problems at the production
centres, the booklets will be delivered to departments on an ongoing basis,
commencing November 14, 2001. Please begin distributing the booklets as
soon as you receive them. You are advised to distribute the booklets no
later than December 19,
2001.
