Compensation Client Service Standards and Survey

It has been almost two years since the Compensation Sector at Public Works and Government Services Canada asked its clients to evaluate the delivery of Public Service pay against the published Service Level standards. Since that time, we have re-evaluated and updated standards of service for our Compensation Services offices (pay offices) and revised the Compensation Service Levels document. In order for us to determine if we are achieving our goals and consequently serving you well, we will be publishing a Service Level Survey on our Compensation Web site in May 2002. In the past, our survey was mailed to specific individuals. However, this time you will be able to either complete the survey on line and submit it electronically or print the document, complete it, and return it by mail.  Since this survey can be completed by many individuals within your compensation environment, it will provide us with a cross section of opinions from various level employees in the compensation community.

It would be greatly appreciated if you took a few minutes during the month of May to complete and return the survey.  Please do not hesitate to contact your Regional Compensation Sector Manager if you have any questions regarding this survey.
