About the 2004-2006 Standing Offers

Public Works and Government Services Canada and the Printer Product Management Group are pleased to launch the fourth series of National Master Standing Offers for Digital Connected Printer Copiers. Continuing the emphasis on selection by Best Value to the Crown and adding Renewal rates for previous digital copier leases, these standing offers allow Government of Canada departments and agencies to lease a variety of connected and unconnected digital copying and printing equipment, both monochrome and colour. All of the equipment included in these agreements has been selected after rigorous benchmark testing and value analysis, conducted in accordance with the laws, regulations and policies affecting public sector procurement in Canada.

This series of documents and the related Benchmark Reports are designed to be used in tandem as an Acquisition Guide with relevance to both the novice and the expert buyer.
