The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for unrepresented employees under the student employment programs.

This letter of authority was signed on December 23, 2005, and will expire on December 31, 2006. |

This letter of authority provides for salary increases retroactive to January 1, 2006, for these groups.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on January 26, 2006. |

Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all retroactivity for employees in these groups.
