The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for the Foreign Service Trainee "Ab Initio" (FS) group.

The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on February 9, 2006. Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all retroactivity for employees.
