PURPOSE |

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for excluded employees in the Law (LA) group.

BACKGROUND |

2.1 |
The following occupational subgroups are affected by this letter of authority:

POLICY |

3.1 |
This letter of authority was signed on November 28, 2005, and will expire on March 31, 2006. |
|
3.2 |
This letter of authority provides for salary increases retroactive to April 1, 2005, for this group.
|

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |
|
4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on February 16, 2006. Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all retroactivity for employees in these subgroups.
