The purpose of this
bulletin is to provide you with information concerning the new collective
agreement for employees in the Analysts and Research Assistants Group (LP)
at the Library of Parliament (LIB).

POLICY |

3.1 |
This collective agreement was signed
on February 7, 2006, and will expire on June 15, 2008. |

3.2 |
This collective agreement provides
for salary increases retroactive to June 16, 2005, for these subgroups.
|

4 |
PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |
|
4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF)
will be updated with the revised rates of pay on March 2, 2006. |
|
|
The Regional Pay System (RPS) will
automatically process revision payments on March 6, 2006. |
|
4.2 |
The automated Extra Duty Pay process
will be used for these subgroups on March 6, 2006.
