The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning the letter of authority for employees in the Leadership Programs group (PL). |

1.2 |
The new Bargaining Unit Designator (BUD) code 31500 has been created for this group. |
|
1.3 |
A new subgroup PL-AIO has been created for BUD 99400 to replace the subgroup MM-AIO.

POLICY |

3.1 |
This letter of authority will be signed on April 2, 2006. |

3.2 |
This letter of authority provides for salary rates effective April 2, 2006, for the PL group.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on March 16, 2006, for BUDs 31500 and 99400. |

4.2 |
Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for manually moving employees from BUDs 10500 and 31400 to BUD 31500, manually moving employees from BUD 99400 MM-AIO to BUD 99400 PL-AIO, and for processing all salary revisions for those employees.
