PAY RATE IMPLEMENTATION
BULLETIN: 2006-016

SUBJECT: Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
Management Trainee Program (MM)

  1 PURPOSE
  1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for employees in the Management Trainee Program (MM) group at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).


  2 BACKGROUND
  2.1 The following occupational groups are affected by this letter of authority:

Groups Bargaining Unit
Designator (BUD) Codes
Management Trainee Program (MM) 90575
Management Trainee Program "Ab Initio" non-employee (MM-AIO) 90584


  3 POLICY
  3.1 This letter of authority was signed on May 10, 2005, and expires on June 20, 2007.
  3.2 This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective June 21, 2006.


  4 PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
  4.1 The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on June 30, 2005.
  4.2 Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for updating the permanent line for these groups.
