PURPOSE |

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning the collective agreement for employees in the Technical Services (TC) Group.

POLICY |

3.1 |
This collective agreement was signed on March 14, 2005, and will expire on June 21, 2007. |

3.2 |
This collective agreement provides for salary increases effective June 22, 2006.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on March 31, 2005. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line on June 12, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on June 23, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts, for employees under BUDs 40300, 40500, 40501, 40600, 40801, and 41300. Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all permanent line updates for employees with rates within a minimum and maximum range. |

Compensation advisors will be responsible for processing the permanent line update for employees under BUD 40700.
