PURPOSE |

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning the collective agreement for employees in the Education and Library Science (EB) Group.

2.1 |

POLICY |

3.1 |
This collective agreement was signed on March 14, 2005, and will expire on June 30, 2007. |

3.2 |
This collective agreement provides for salary increases effective July 1, 2006, for the EB group.

4 |
PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |
| |
4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on June 16, 2005. |
| |
|
The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line for BUDs 20901, 21500 and 41401 on June 26, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on July 10, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts. |

4.3 |
Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for updating the permanent line for employees under BUDs 20902, 20903, 20922, 20923, 20924, 41402, 41403 and 41404.
