SUBJECT: Air Traffic Control (AI) Group
Employer - Treasury Board

  1 PURPOSE
  1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning an arbitral award for employees in the Air Traffic Control (AI) Group.


  2 BACKGROUND
  2.1 The following occupational group is affected by this arbitral award:

Group Bargaining Unit
Designator (BUD) Code
Air Traffic Control (AI-NOP 01 to 07) 40202


  3 POLICY
  3.1 This arbitral award was rendered on September 6, 2005, and will expire on June 30, 2007.
  3.2 This arbitral award provides for salary increases effective on July 1, 2006.


  4 PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
  4.1 The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on October 6, 2005.
  4.2 The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line for this group on June 26, 2006.
