The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning the Foreign Service (FS) Group's collective agreement.

This collective agreement was signed on June 7, 2005, and will expire on June 30, 2007. |

This collective agreement provides for salary increases effective July 1, 2006.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on June 23, 2005. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line on June 26, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on July 10, 2006, for 7B pay accounts.
