The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for the Foreign Service Trainee "Ab Initio" subgroup (FS).

This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective July 1, 2006.

The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on February 9, 2006. |

4.2 |
The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically process the permanent line update on June 26, 2006, for employees in this subgroup.
