PAY RATE IMPLEMENTATION
BULLETIN: 2006-035

SUBJECT: Electronics (EL) Group
Employer - Treasury Board

  1 PURPOSE
  1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning an arbitral award for employees in the Electronics (EL) Group.


  2 BACKGROUND
  2.1 The following occupational group is affected by this arbitral award:

Group Bargaining Unit Designator (BUD) Code
Electronics (EL 01 to 09)

  3 POLICY
  3.1 This arbitral award was rendered on October 6, 2005, and will expire on August 31, 2007.
  3.2 This arbitral award provides for salary increases effective on September 1, 2006.


  4 PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
  4.1 The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) has been updated with the revised rates of pay on November 24, 2005.
    The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line on August 21, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on September 5, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts, for employees in this group.
