The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for excluded employees in the Translation (TR) Group.

BACKGROUND |

The following occupational group is affected by this new letter of authority:

This letter of authority was signed on July 11, 2006, and will expire on April 18, 2007. |

This letter of authority provides for salary increases retroactive to the following dates:

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on August 3, 2006. |

4.2 |
Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all permanent line updates for employees with rates within a minimum and maximum range.
