PURPOSE |

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning the Health Services (SH) Group collective agreement.

POLICY |

3.1 |
This collective agreement was signed on May 31, 2005, and will expire on September 30, 2007. |

3.2 |
This collective agreement provides for salary increases effective October 1, 2006.
|

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |
|
4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on June 23, 2005. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line for BUDs 21301, 21701, 21702, 21901, 21902, 22000, 22100, 22300, 22602, and 22800 on September 18, 2006, for 7C pay accounts and on October 2, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts. |

4.2 |
Compensation advisors will be responsible for updating the permanent line for employees under BUDs 20700, 21302, 21303, 21903, 22601, and 22603.
