1.1 |
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for unrepresented employees in the Organization and Methods (OM) Group.

This letter of authority was signed on May 9, 2005. |

3.2 |
This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective October 1, 2006, for this group.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on May 26, 2005. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line on September 18, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on October 2, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts. |

4.2 |
Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing the permanent line update for employees with rates within a minimum and maximum range.
