PURPOSE |

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for employees in the Translation (TE-TRL) Group at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

This letter of authority was signed on June 29, 2006, and will expire on April 18, 2007. |

This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective on the following dates:

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on August 24, 2006. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically process the revision payments on September 18, 2006. |

4.2 |
The automated Extra Duty Pay process will be used for these groups on September 18, 2006.
