PURPOSE |

1.1 |
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a collective agreement for employees in the Architecture, Engineering and Land Survey (NR) Group.

BACKGROUND |

2.1 |

POLICY |

3.1 |
This collective agreement was signed on January 26, 2006, and will expire on September 30, 2007. |
|
3.2 |
This collective agreement provides for salary increases effective October 1, 2006, for this group.
|

4 |
PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |
|
4.1 |
The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on February 16, 2006. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line on September 18, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on October 2, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts. |

4.2 |
The revised rates for the Terminable Allowance (ENT 251) which are effective October 1, 2006, will be automatically updated by the RPS on September 18, 2006, for 7C pay accounts and on October 2, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts. |

4.3 |
Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing the permanent line update for employees with rates within a minimum and maximum range.
