PAY RATE IMPLEMENTATION
BULLETIN: 2006-059

SUBJECT: Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
Personnel Administration (PE) Group

  1 PURPOSE
  1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a memorandum for employees in the Personnel Administration (PE) group at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).


  2 BACKGROUND
  2.1 The following occupational group is affected by this memorandum:

Group Bargaining Unit Designator (BUD) Code
Personnel Administration (PE) 90574


  3 POLICY
  3.1 This memorandum provides for salary increases approved by the Board of Management on March 31, 2006.
  3.2 This memorandum provides for salary increases effective October 1, 2006, for this group.


  4 PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
  4.1 The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on April 20, 2006. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line on September 18, 2006, for 7C pay accounts, and on October 2, 2006, for 7A and 7B pay accounts. Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing the permanent line update for employees with rates within a minimum and maximum range.
