PAY RATE IMPLEMENTATION
BULLETIN: 2006-070

November 30, 2006

SUBJECT: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
Computer Personnel Group (TE-CMP)

  1 PURPOSE
  1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for employees in the Computer Personnel (TE-CMP) Group at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).


  2 BACKGROUND
  2.1 The following occupational group is affected by this letter of authority:

Group Bargaining Unit
Designator (BUD) Code
Computer Personnel (TE-CMP-01 to 04) 45002


  3 POLICY
  3.1 This letter of authority was signed on July 24, 2006, and will expire on December 21, 2007.
  3.2 This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective on the following dates:

  • December 21, 2006
  • December 22, 2006


  4 PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
  4.1 The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on August 24, 2006.
  4.2 For the rates of pay effective December 21, 2006, the Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically update the permanent line for employees on December 1, 2006, for 7C accounts, and December 20, 2006, for 7A and 7B accounts.
  4.3 For the rates of pay effective December 22, 2006, the RPS will automatically update the permanent line for employees on December 7, 2006, for 7C accounts, and December 27, 2006, for 7A and 7B accounts.
