This letter of authority was signed on November 2, 2005, and will expire on December 21, 2007, for the MD-MDG-00 to MD-MDG-05 levels. |

This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective December 22, 2006.

The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on November 17, 2005. |
