Welcome to the on-line courses section!

From here you can select any of the on-line courses available by simply clicking on one of the course categories listed below. Once you have made your selection, follow the registration instructions within each of the modules offered. Before selecting your first module, you should refer to the National Compensation Advisor Training Program and complete your individual training plan. In addition, the learning contract should be completed by the compensation advisor and the supervisor and used as a planning tool for all on-line courses.

I have read the description and objectives of the course on the Compensation Web site and the course confirmation letter received from the training officer. I understand the nature of the course and the commitment required for its completion. I agree to dedicate time for the completion of the on-line module and the "Application of Learning"(if applicable). I will discuss with my supervisor where it is most appropriate for me to complete the on-line module without being disturbed. I am aware of the support structure and whom to contact while completing the on-line module.
