This letter of authority was signed on September 20, 2006, and will expire on March 31, 2007. |

This letter of authority provides for salary increases retroactive to April 1, 2006, for this group.

PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS |

The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on November 16, 2006. |

Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all retroactivity for employees in this group.
