PAY RATE IMPLEMENTATION
BULLETIN: 2006-069

SUBJECT: Computer Systems Administration (CS) Group - Excluded Employees
Employer - Treasury Board

  1 PURPOSE
  1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority for excluded and unrepresented employees (CS-05 level only) in the Computer Systems Administration Group (CS).


  2 BACKGROUND
  2.1 The following occupational group is affected by this letter of authority:

Group Bargaining Unit
Designator (BUD) Code
Computer Systems Administration (CS-05) 30300


  3 POLICY
  3.1 This letter of authority was signed on August 3, 2006, and will expire on December 21, 2007.
  3.2 This letter of authority provides for a flat rate increase effective December 21, 2006, and a salary increase effective December 22, 2006.


  4 PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS
  4.1 The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) was updated with the revised rates of pay on August 31, 2006. Please note that compensation advisors will be responsible for processing all permanent line updates.
