The Pension Support System (PSS)
Manual replaces the Entitlement System - DSS 2000 Manual for Personnel and
Pay. This new manual is designed to provide a detailed description of the
procedures on how to complete the PWGSC-TPSGC 2020 (Salary Service Information
- Pension Support System) and the PWGSC-TPSGC 2386 (Certification Notice
- Pension Support System) for both Personnel and Pay Offices. |

The manual includes an overview of the purpose and description of the
PSS screens. For a detailed description, users of the PSS are to check
the Help Text of each screen.

In this manual, use of the masculine is generic and applies to both men
and women.
