Service Standards
- The Superannuation, Pension Transition and Client Services Sector (SPTCSS) will return phone calls on Division of Pension Benefits related general inquiries within 48 hours.
- Requests for Division of Pension Benefits estimates will be completed by the SPTCSS within 5 working days from the receipt of all documentation/data. Where additional data is required from the compensation advisor, the request will be completed within an additional 7 working days.
