For security reasons, we ask that you do not send us personal or confidential information via e-mail. This would include your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and your Pension Number (PN). Such information is not yet secure and can be observed by a third party while in transit. Accordingly, out of concern for our client security, we will not reply to you directly by e-mail if the answers to your questions contain personal or confidential information

  Service Standards
  • The Superannuation, Pension Transition and Client Services Sector (SPTCSS) will return phone calls on Division of Pension Benefits related general inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Requests for Division of Pension Benefits estimates will be completed by the SPTCSS within 5 working days from the receipt of all documentation/data. Where additional data is required from the compensation advisor, the request will be completed within an additional 7 working days.
