Effective Fiscal year 1998/1999, there will no longer be a
period thirteen for payroll transactions. As a result, there will be no
March Paid April processing in April 1999. Clients have been advised to
process all transactions for old year prior to fiscal year end close which
will be March 29th, 1999.
