PAO ADMINISTRATION--GENERIC UTILITY SERVICES (GUS)--SPLIT AND DISTRIBUTE

OUTLINE
|
|
|
|
All payroll control information provided to departments will
include all transactions posted to the Payroll System General Ledger (PSGL)
subsidiary Payroll Control Account for the department and will be detailed
by the Requisition Identification Number.
|
|
|
|
The payroll control data will be made available to client
departments via their choice of data delivery options which includes the
following:
|
|
|
|
| -
|
Direct Access Storage (DASD) - Generic Utility Services
(GUS), Financial Information Strategy (FIS) Mailbox;
|
| -
|
E-Mail;
|
| -
|
E-Mail with attachment (monitoring and control of these
files will be an integral function of the Accounting Group).
|
|
|
|
|
| NOTE:
|
Subject to operational conditions this function will
be supplemented with detailed desk top procedures.
|
