Subsection: PAO ADMINISTRATION--LIABILITY ACCOUNTS FOR NON-CONSOLIDATE REVENUE FUND (CRF) EMPLOYERS

  OUTLINE
    LIABILITY ACCOUNTS FOR NON-CRF EMPLOYERS
    Separate General Ledger (GL) accounts in the Payroll System General Ledger (PSGL) will be established for handling recovery of gross payroll issued and for the recovery of employer share of benefits remitted on behalf of the employer. The PSGL will receive data for these employers under assigned vendor numbers (dummy department numbers) for the purpose of posting data to individual ledger accounts.
    The Department 079 trial balance will report any separate employer (Non-CRF) account balances at month end as accounts receivable/payable. Separate employers include:
   
700 PAA - Atlantic Pilotage Authority;
701 PAL - Laurentian Pilotage Authority;
702 HER - Heritage Canada;
703 IHR  - International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development.
