Any out of balance situations between the above will result
in an error correction request to the client department and to PAO by the
Central Financial Management and Reporting System (CFMRS).

May REQUEST a batch query from System Control
in order to reconcile these situations by providing information residing
on the Payment Register Data Base (PRDB).

PRODUCE an Expenditure Out of Balance data control report
with the following information:

Expenditure Extract Dollar Value;
|
|
|

Net Payment Value;
|
