Section: ACCOUNTING AND REMITTANCE
Subsection: PAO ADMINISTRATION--ACCOUNT MAPPING

  OUTLINE
    Refers to relating an account in the Old Year to an account in the New Year. Functionality was introduced in the Common Departmental Financial System (CDFS) to allow an Old Year account to map to a different Client, general Ledger entity an/or account in the New Year. In other words Account A and B in the Old Year are mapped to account C in the New Year.
   

The Compensation Sector (CS) Accounting Advisor is responsible for the mapping of the Payroll System general Ledger) PSGL and will ensure that it is operating in accordance with the Chart of Accounts for the Authority Classification as well as the Financial Reporting Accounts.
