PAO ADMINISTRATION--PRE-ROLLOVER REPORT

OUTLINE

|
After completing the General Ledger (GL) mapping, a Pre-rollover
report from the GL account is requested. The report will list the Old Year
to new mapping currently defined, and identifies where the mapping may/will
cause rollover related problems. This report is not required if there are
no changes to the clients GL mapping.

|
|
The Compensation Sector (CS) Accounting Advisor will request the
Pre-rollover report and will analyze the results to confirm that the mapping
will not cause any rollover related problems.
