Next Steps

PWGSC is developing an action plan to respond to the priorities that we have identified. This action plan will need to ensure that all business lines and stakeholders are engaged and that initiatives recently completed and underway are well integrated and communicated widely.

Effective internal communication will be key to the success of the Modern Comptrollership initiative. Recognizing this, the department has put in place a communication strategy to ensure that PWGSC employees are aware of the results and recommendations of the Modern Management Practices Assessment and receive information on PWGSC's progress with respect to the implementation of the recommendations.
